2.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is provided, crrickex may suspend or close the account at any time. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, both accounts may be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on crrickex is ৳200. The following methods can be used for deposits:

A minimum of ৳200 applies to each deposit. Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. crrickex generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. Documentation may be required for the withdrawal verification process.

The withdrawal method must match the deposit method. Transfer of funds to third parties through crrickex is not permitted.

3.3 KYC Verification

crrickex may request that identity verification (KYC) be completed for certain withdrawal requests. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be required during this process. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that in order for the bonus funds to become withdrawable, bets totalling (bonus + deposit amount) × 15 must be placed.

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period; the bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure.

The crrickex VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tiers are advanced based on play volume and activity. Cashback is automatically added to the account each week. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and accounts will be closed if a violation is found:

• Registering minors or playing on their behalf
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person
• Abusing or attempting to exploit the bonus system
• Taking advantage of technical errors on the platform
• Colluding with other users to place bets
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Stealing another user's account information or unauthorized use
• Playing using automated software or bots

7.1 Bet Outcomes

All games on crrickex use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and transparent results. Game outcomes are final and are generally not subject to appeal, however crrickex reserves the right to investigate in the event of a technical error.

7.2 Technical Issues
